You may have taken ages deciding on the best Nespresso coffee machine to go for but the last thing you were thinking of is the best way to store the coffee capsules.
Actually, never mind the best way, you didn’t think of any way to store the coffee pods.
As a matter of fact, it didn’t even cross your mind.
So you ordered a whole bunch of them and when they arrived what was the first thing you thought? Where the hell am I going to store these things?
Maybe you managed to stuff them in a cupboard for a while before you realised that it was a pain to get to the flavour you were after and then tip out some capsules and more often than not a few would fall on the floor.
This was ok to start with but after a while it started to get on your nerves and you decided that you needed something that was more in tune with the convenience of the Nespresso machine to store the capsules in.
There are lots of different coffee capsule storage holders to choose from but we would recommend that you stay away from the really cheap ones because they are a false economy.
The build quality is poor. They look and feel cheap and plasticky and they are unlikely to last long.
This one is not the cheapest but it is a good, well built, high quality product.
It has been designed in such a way that you can fit the maximum number of capsules into the minimum amount of space.
To give you an idea of how small this is relative to the number of capsules it holds, the diameter of the base is 12cm so it will not take up much space on your worktop.
It comes in a shiny chrome finish which is tasteful, not cheap looking and will not need to be hidden away. This will look good sitting next to your Nespresso coffee machine.
You can fit 80 capsules directly around the capsule holder in 2 columns of 4. You can only take them out from the top so its best avoiding mixing up different types of pod’s in the same column otherwise it becomes a pain to get them in and out again.
If you want to you can hold 12 different flavours at the same time with 8 going around the holder and 4 unopened boxes can sit in the middle ready to be slotted in when there is space. This is space optimised to the max which is great.
Sometimes the little things that you pay a bit more for are not immediately obvious so it is worth pointing out that this comes with a felt pad base to make sure it doesn’t scratch whatever surface you put it on.
The base is wider than some of the cheaper holders which ensures stability and no wobbling.
This is a great accessory for your Nespresso coffee machine and will work equally well as a gift.
If you are looking for something that will last and looks good this is worth a look.
